Victor Tham – Solicitor
Victor completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts at University of Western Australia in 2013. He joined Robertson Hayles Lawyers in 2015 as a law graduate and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in May 2016.
Victor is a down to earth lawyer who works primarily in the areas of family law and criminal law. While studying, Victor worked as a house painter, waiter and work hand in an air-conditioning installation company. These experiences have enabled him to relate to people from all walks of life and to be sensitive to their legal problems. Victor understands the concerns litigants have in meeting legal costs and achieving a satisfactory outcome to their legal matter.
Today, Victor regularly represents clients at hearings in the Family Court of Western Australia and in criminal matters in the Magistrates Court of Western Australia. Victor has a great passion for the law believing that clients should at all times be provided with the best advice and representation to enable them to successfully resolve their legal problems in a cost efficient manner.
Victor is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia.
