Jason Wang – Solicitor
Jason came on board with Robertson Hayles Lawyers in 2014 as a law student performing work experience. He impressed the legal practice with his diligence, attention to detail and strong research skills. Jason brings with him diverse and extensive commercial experience to Robertson Hayles Lawyers with a long history and comprehensive background in small family business having worked closely within his family’s small business in the hospitality industry, both during his studies and now as a Solicitor with Robertson Hayles Lawyers.
In 2015, Jason graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in September 2016.
Jason is part of the family law and criminal law team. He also assists in commercial law.
Jason is passionate in being a voice for those without access to legal representation as a result of language difficulties, cultural differences, financial constraints or other societal barriers. As such, Jason has developed a strong focus on social justice and constantly strives to make a difference in the life of his family law and criminal law clients through his legal work.
Jason is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia (FLPAWA), the Criminal Lawyers Association (CLA) and the Taiwanese Perth Pastoral Care Association.
Jason is able to speak and write in fluent Mandarin.
