Jason Wang – Solicitor
Jason graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in 2015. He was admitted to legal practice in September 2016
Jason came on board with Robertson Hayles Lawyers in 2014 as a law student performing work experience. He impressed the legal practice with his diligence, attention to detail and strong research skills. Upon admission, he was retained as a solicitor.
Jason is part of the family law and criminal law team. He also assists in commercial law.
Jason is passionate in being a voice for those without access to legal representation as a result of language difficulties, cultural differences, financial constraints or other societal barriers. As such, Jason has developed a strong focus on social justice and constantly strives to make a difference in the life of his family law and criminal law clients through his legal work.
In commercial law, Jason brings extensive practical commercial experience to his legal matters as a result of his long involvement in the management of his family’s food and beverage business.
Jason is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia (FLPAWA), the Criminal Lawyers Association (CLA) and the Taiwanese Perth Pastoral Care Association.
Jason is able to speak and write in fluent Mandarin.
