Jeremy London – Senior Associate
Jeremy graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2008 with a double degree in Law and Science (Genetics major). He was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in March 2010.
Having practised as a generalist for many years, Jeremy has a depth of knowledge and experience across a broad range of practice areas including deceased estates, family law (property division, spousal maintenance, children matters and financial agreements), restraining orders, debt recovery, commercial litigation, property law, personal injury and criminal injuries compensation. Jeremy’s strength lies in his ability to provide comprehensive plain English advice and his strong advocacy skills where his focus, attention to detail and engaging manner enable his clients’ interests to thrive in court hearings. He appears regularly in the Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court, Family Court and the State Administrative Tribunal.
Jeremy prides himself on his ability to rapidly establish rapport with his clients, whether their matter is a complex commercial transaction or a sensitive personal dispute. He understands the strong emotional component clients have to their matters and believes that lawyers must conduct their cases with empathy.
