Nadia Berkeley-Hill – Solicitor
Nadia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) from the University of Western Australia in 2015 and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Western Australia in July 2017. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in State Taxation (with Distinction) from the University of Western Australia, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law as well as a Bachelor of Business in Management and Information Systems from Edith Cowan University.
Nadia worked in several different roles during her nearly ten year career at the Office of State Revenue, including as a member of the legislation branch rewrite team working on the preparation of the Duties Act 2008 (WA), she also worked in stamp duty, duties and land tax. Her most recent role there was working for a number of years as a member of the Technical Advice and Specialist Services team, which included working on land-rich and major corporate reconstruction matters as well as providing technical and specialist advice on revenue matters to other areas of the Office of State Revenue.
Nadia joined Robertson Hayles as a law graduate in early 2017 and commenced practice as a solicitor immediately following her admission in July 2017.
Nadia developed a keen interest in employment law during her time at the University of Western Australia and won the university prize for that subject in 2013. She has continued that interest at Robertson Hayles where she works primarily in employment law but also works in wills and estates, commercial property and assists in matters involving state taxation, drawing upon her previous expertise and experience.
