Samantha Gomez – Senior Associate
Samantha holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws from the University of Western Australia. She was admitted to legal practice in 2002 and practices primarily in family law in property division, children disputes and the preparation of Binding Financial Agreements. Samantha also practices in the area of wills, probate and the administration of deceased estates.
In the early years of her career, Samantha was involved in taxation, duty and commercial disputes. This has provided her with the necessary skills to deal with property settlements involving complex business and financial structures.
Having been engaged in many highly contentious matters, Samantha understands the sensitivities in family law disputes. Over the years, she has built a solid reputation as a caring lawyer that strives to achieve a just outcome.
Samantha is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
Despite her busy schedule, Samantha is a volunteer lawyer at the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Women in Law working group. She is a member of the Law Society, Family Lawyers Practitioners Association of Western Australia and the Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
